NewGraphic Designer
What You’ll Do:
As part of the LifeVantage Creative Team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams from marketing, sales, social media, and events to bring creative concepts to life. Your day-to-day tasks will involve a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on design, allowing you to see projects through from inception to final execution.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Digital Project Focus: Must be digital and social-forward thinking. This role will be highly focused on digital communications: email, social posts, and animations. Knowledge of Figma, Canva, and CapCut is helpful.
- Project Management: You’ll take ownership of your projects, managing them from concept to completion. This means not only delivering visually strong designs but also being responsible for timelines, stakeholder communication, and the overall execution of each project. You’ll present your ideas and concepts to senior management and other key stakeholders, effectively conveying the rationale behind your design decisions.
- Creative Problem-Solving: LifeVantage is a fast-paced environment, and you’ll need to balance multiple priorities. You’ll frequently solve design challenges by adapting your approach and seeking out ways to improve design processes. Working closely with the rest of the creative team, you’ll have the chance to refine and streamline workflows to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Creative Projects: Develop a wide variety of design assets including logos, product information sheets, brochures, packaging, workbooks, presentation decks, social media graphics, event signage, and t-shirt designs. Your designs will span both print and digital platforms, ensuring cohesive brand representation across all channels.
- Collaboration & Communication: You’ll collaborate with different departments, such as marketing and sales, to fully understand project needs and ensure that your design solutions align with both brand standards and business objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills (in-person meetings, phone, email, Teams) are required. Being able to communicate your ideas clearly and translate strategic direction into high-quality designs is essential.
- Brand Integrity: Upholding and enforcing the LifeVantage brand guidelines is a key aspect of this role. You’ll ensure that every design—whether it’s a social media post or product packaging—adheres to our brand identity system, while still allowing room for creativity and innovation. You’ll also be expected to adjust and adapt designs for different formats and dimensions to maintain visual harmony.
What You’ll Bring:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a mix of technical expertise, creative vision, and strong communication skills. We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of design experience: Preferably with some experience in an agency setting or similar fast-paced environment. Familiarity with direct-selling industries or working across international markets is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to producing high-quality work. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy is crucial.
- Time Management Skills: You’ll be balancing multiple projects, so being organized and realistic with timelines is very important. You should feel confident in managing your workload autonomously while ensuring you meet deadlines.
- Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy working as part of a team and actively contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes. You’re comfortable asking questions, finding information, sharing and receiving feedback, and collaborating to reach the best design solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication are essential. You’ll need to articulate your ideas clearly, whether it’s presenting to upper management or collaborating with team members from non-design backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Specifically, expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with a working knowledge of Figma to support both print and digital design projects.
- Creative Problem-Solving Abilities: You enjoy a challenge and are skilled at finding design solutions that meet project requirements while maintaining brand consistency. You’re also comfortable adapting to new trends and technologies to keep your designs fresh and relevant.
